Inspired by the viral popularity of our Earl Grey matcha drinks, we’re proud to be the first patisserie in Melbourne to bring this iconic flavour combination into a cake.

This Kohiki-style Basque cheesecake features a rich, earthy matcha base paired with soft Earl Grey whipped Chantilly cream. Finished with a drizzle of brown sugar syrup and crunchy Biscoff crumble, it’s creamy, aromatic, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just deeply comforting.
