Lovey Patisserie Café was co-founded by Novia, a pastry chef known for her clean aesthetics, refined flavour balance, and modern Asian dessert style. Through her personal instagram @oui_chef_novi, Novia shares her passion for patisserie, creativity, and the art of making desserts that feel both beautiful and approachable. Under her creative direction, Lovey continues to evolve as a destination for modern Asian desserts in Melbourne.
