Once a cake has been picked up from our store, Lovey Patisserie Cafe cannot accept responsibility for any damage or spoilage that may occur during transport, storage or handling. Please note that our cakes are made with fresh cream and will naturally melt if kept in a hot environment or exposed to air for over an hour. Please handle with care and store as instructed to enjoy at their best.
Delivery Policy
We offer delivery services within a 30 km radius of our Doncaster store to designated postcodes from Monday to Saturday. If you are located outside this area, please select the pick-up option on our website.
Our delivery fees, based on the distance from our Doncaster Store, are as follows:
0-5km: $10.95
5-11km: $14.95
11-17km: $19.95
17-22km: $24.95
22-26km: $29.95
26-30km: $34.95
Please note that deliveries are made between 10 am and 2 pm without a specific time slot. Ensure the recipient’s name and contact number are accurate, as the driver will contact the recipient upon arrival to confirm delivery.
What happen if you cannot make it?
All orders are completed on the same day as pick up, as we aim to serve our customers the best and freshest cakes!
We cannot keep any pre-orders overnight to manage our quality control.
Please contact us via email, phone or any social media platforms at least 24 hours ahead for any changes in pick-up time, or cancelation of your order (for the order to be refundable).
