Made with soft chiffon sponge, jasmine Chantilly cream, fresh honeydew and rockmelon, our Fresh Double Melons Shortcake has been one of the most refreshing seasonal cakes at Lovey. Light, floral and not overly sweet, it has been a favourite for customers who love fresh fruit cakes and soft Asian-inspired desserts in Melbourne.

As we say goodbye to melons, we are also getting ready to welcome back one of Lovey’s most loved seasonal flavours: mango.
